Hi, I’m Jordan

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Francisco. My work as a therapist is rooted in 6 years of experience in special education and community mental health —work that deeply shaped my understanding of resilience and the importance of connection and community.

I specialize in individual and couples therapy, offering a grounded and challenging space for you to explore how you show up in relationships and address attachment-related issues.

Together we can understand the patterns and experiences that shape your inner world, learn how to repair relationship ruptures, and move towards a life that aligns with your values.

My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, relational, and attachment-based perspectives, allowing me to tailor our work to meet your unique needs and goals.

Whether you're navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, or a deeper desire for self-understanding, my aim is to support you with curiosity, care, and collaboration.

I trained as a therapist in Counseling Psychology at the University of San Francisco. Outside of work, I love reading, hiking, spending time outdoors, and cooking for the people I care about.
