Hi, I’m Jordan
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Francisco. My work as a therapist is rooted in over 6 years of experience in special education and community mental health as a residential treatment counselor—work that deeply shaped my understanding of resilience and the importance of connection and community.
I specialize in young adult and couples therapy, offering a grounded, compassionate space for you to explore the patterns that shape your inner world and relationships. My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, relational, and attachment-based perspectives, allowing me to tailor our work to meet your unique needs and goals.
Whether you're navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, or a deeper desire for self-understanding, my aim is to support you with curiosity and collaboration.
I trained as a therapist in Counseling Psychology at the University of San Francisco. Outside of work, I love to read, hike, spend time outdoors, and cook for the people I care about.
